Boris Ruge is Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission at the German Embassy to the U.S. Immediately prior to assuming his post in Washington, he was the German Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Special Envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
