Join Davio's Atlanta for culinary experience like no other on October 12th, 2017 starting at 6:00pm, hosted by Chef/Owner Steve DiFillippo with special guest Christine Pullara, TV host for NBC's Atlanta & Company,. Davio’s Executive Chef Matthew Rosekrans and VP/Culinary Director Rodney Murillo are teaming up with Atlanta’s most prestigious chefs, including chef Gerry Klaskala (Aria), chef Kevin Rathbun (Rathbun’s Restaurants), and chef Mary Moore (Cook’s Warehouse), for a one-night-only multi-course dinner to benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
The four course wine dinner will feature regionally inspired foods such as Davio’s Signature Hand-Rolled Potato Gnocchi, Organic Mushrooms, Basil, White Truffle Oil, Fresh Black Truffles and the Char Grilled Ribeye Cap, Butternut Squash-Chevre Puree, Preserved Lemon Brussel Sprouts by Chef Rathbun. Each course will be expertly paired with wines courtesy of Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery.
